  • Flexible and family friendly working hours
  • Paid student assistants to support doctoral researchers who are pregnant or have children in their lab work
  • Family travel option for conference visits of doctoral researcher with children
  • Flexible childcare service for childcare outside the regular opening hours of childcare facilities
  • Option for additional conference visits for female doctoral researchers to support networking
